We allow online booking and open membership reservations 24-hours in advance, in 30-minute increments.

The owner of the membership is the only person that can come in and use the cage.   A pitcher can bring a catcher and batters can bring someone to throw the ball for practice.

Please send an email to us so that we can cancel your membership.   Cancellation emails should be sent to info@dev1sports.com. Memberships cancelled by the 20th of the month will be cancelled effective the last day of the month in which the email was received.  If you miss the cutoff date, your membership will cancel at the end of the following month.  By way of example:  if you send your cancellation on March 14th, your membership will cancel on March 31.  If you cancel your membership on March 21, you will be billed for April and your  membership will cancel on April 30.

For liability purposes, outside lessons, those provided by coaches that are not part of the Development First Sports Academy team, are prohibited.

Please be on time for your cage reservation.  We limit the number of cages for use by members, and during busy season, we are booked, back-to-back in 30-minute increments.

If you are late during busy season, you will only be able to use the cage for the time allotted in your reservation.  During slower months, you may be able to extend your cage time, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis and is based upon availability and booking.

A credit card is required for the cage membership and payments are automatically charged on the first of the month for the entire month.   Memberships are not refundable.

We offer a limited number of team cage memberships and they are granted on a first-come first-served basis.  They are priced differently than individual memberships.  Please contact us for team pricing.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

LESSON POLICIES

For liability purposes, outside lessons, those provided by coaches that are not part of the Development First Sports Academy team, are prohibited.

Please be on time for lesson appointments, training sessions, and classes.

Cage rentals, lessons, camps, clinics, and session that start late due to late arrival will still end at the scheduled end time.

Coaches, instructors, trainers, and other necessary staff members will wait for 10 minutes for clients.  After 10-minutes, the client is considered a no-show and that session must still be paid for but is forfeited.

Lessons, sessions, camps, clinics, and other programs require a 12 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise stated.  If you are on the fence because of illness, please stay home.  Failure to give a 12-hour notice can result in the forfeiture of the prepaid lesson fee.

We advise all clients to show up 10 minutes before any lesson, cage rental, camp, clinic or training session.  This additional time allows for checking in and getting gear ready.

A credit card is required to book a lesson with any coach.

Please read our cancellation policies thoroughly.

Absolutely.  If you’ve never had a lesson with us before, be sure to talk with one of us so that we can help you find the right coach for your child.

These lessons are most effective when you are with a group of peers.  If you don’t have a group, we can try to help you find one, but we cannot guarantee that we will.  Do not purchase a lesson or a package unless you have your group set.

Not technically.  Unused lessons are put into the bank for our athletes that, because of financial reasons, otherwise could not attend.  Your lessons will automatically transfer if they are not used within 12 months.

Yes.  We operate on a rolling 12-month cycle.  If you purchase a package of lessons and do not use them within 12 calendar months from the date of purchase, we will donate them to D1 team players that are on financial aid.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
